Balmoral Golf Club is one of very few private estate golf courses across the country. The owners are Dr. Richard and Diane Eaton, and Lyman and Joyce Eaton. Both families maintain their residences on the property which is located at 10101 Hamilton Hills Lane in Fishers, IN.
*Built in 1999, and opened for play the following year, the Club has always had a small exclusive membership running around 50 member families.
*Each hole has two distinct tee boxes, providing an 18 hole layout from both sets of tees.
*Golf practice facilities include a practice range.
*Our beautiful clubhouse features a meeting area, fireplace, and limited kitchen, with an outdoor deck over looking a scenic small lake and beach. It is a wonderful environment for golf outings, catered events and meetings.
*Members enjoy playing on their own schedule, as no tee times are required due to the limited membership.
*Electric carts are included in your membership, and walking is also permitted.
*The varied terrain coupled with multiple water hazards makes a very interesting test of golf, enjoyable to players of all skill levels. USGA course rating is 66.7 (par 66) with slope rating of 137.
