Special Events
The Balmoral Golf Club facilities are ideal for many different special occasions that can be held outdoors in our unique meadow, beach area or outdoor deck or for smaller indoors events in our well appointed clubhouse. We are able to accommodate groups as small as 6 people to as many as 300. Some special occasions to keep in mind are Anniversary Dinners, Birthday Parties, Charity Fundraisers, Business Meetings, Golf Outings, Corporate, Private or Social Holiday Parties.
Facilities
Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is a comfortable gathering space with a seating area of plush leather chairs and sofa in front of a wood panel fireplace, wooden table and chairs area along with a rich wood paneled bar area. Two sets of large French doors open onto a wooden deck that overlooks a small lake with a beach and creek with numerous deciduous trees. This space can be arranged to perfectly accommodate a gathering for up to 40 seated or in warm months the French doors can be opened to the deck to accommodate up to 100 people.
West lawn
The West Lawn is a lovely meadow adjacent to the Clubhouse that looks over a wooden creek area. This space is ideal for a tented event that accommodates up to 250 people.
Beach Pavilion
The Beach Pavilion is an open wooden beamed deck structure that sits at the edge of the beach overlooking the small lake. The space is ideal for beach or outdoor parties and can accommodate up to 100 people.
Rental capacity and charges:
The following represent maximum seating capacities utilizing round tables of 8 people. These charges include facilities utilization, tables and chairs that are in clubhouse and on deck, parking, and parking directions signs. These charges do not take into account any of the following: food and beverages, wedding cake, linens, flowers, additional table and chairs, head tables, decorations, dance floors, audio/visual equipment, registration/material/gift tables, etc. Please contact the Special Event Coordinator with any questions regarding room size or set-up.
